Zero customer service. Now 20 emails in and still no refund after CouchCare representatives admitted in writing that their Auto generated shipping email did NOT reflect the actual status of the stock. enquired why it had not arrived and they said it's in "preorder" status which means its out of stock and we will ship when back in stock. No it wasn't. And I won't be waiting until it is back in stock since I ordered it when it clearly stated "in stock" on the website at the point of sale. I would like a refund. The response, from CouchCare Official: "we don't do refunds for change of mind". CouchCare are no longer responding via email and have refused to offer a business telephone number to discuss. I submitted my personal phone number to CouchCare in good faith to have them call me to discuss. No contact to date via phone. Reported to the ACCC and the Office of Fair Trading. DO NOT BUY CouchCare Official products.

Looks great and serves well for the wet season and my gremlin of a dog. Have had the covers for over a month and run through the wash - it’s holding up well with no issues. A good product for when you don’t want to / can’t afford to replace a light coloured couch. Would recommend to others!

Literally fray and ripped after one wash! Don’t buy them save your money ! Contacted the company and they said because I’d had them for over 30 days (45 days) it’s not their problem basically

Need to give a minus 10 for this awful company. They are complete [Content Removed], and definitely not in the an Australian company. The product I received was not correct and it smelt like chemicals. I asked for a refund as it stated as a 90-day policy that apparently does not exist. Their social media has disappeared too. reply that came days later saying there's only a 30-day policy where they will provide a discount which I declined as I wanted my money back. There would be nothing on their website that will be worth swapping for or buying with discount. Material is thin, itchy and feels horrible to sit on and my dog won't even lay on it. It does not fit one side of my couch which was measured correctly according to their website. Their responses take days and seem to all be genetic / automated responses. It took me several emails to actually prompt them to make a real response from their wonderful staff member Gracie. She replied with the most passive aggressive email taking no accountability, gob smacked as that's not how you run a business Gracie. Their products are made through Ali express, with a massive price tag attached. Don't waste your time and money. Definitely a company being operated from Gracie's back yard with her besties. Also all of their reviews on their page are fake !! Smart way to rip people off ! Goodluck Gracie and the team.

Like others, I wish I could give a 0. The trick of "30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee" doesn't mean a thing. Certainly not the quality they advertise - supposed to be thick but very thin. Not suitable for pets. Supposed to stay on leather sofas but slides off while trying to put it on. They advertise 24 month warranty as well and if any… Read more

concerns/complaints, our customer service will be happy to help - not likely. There is no convincing them that the cover is not as advertised. I ordered two - haven't opened the packaging for one so hoping to return it but no luck. Was offered a discount or $15 on future order but all they sell is poor quality couch covers so no use at all. The "real customers" on their website giving reviews must have all been staged: certainly the photos look like they are, now that I look more closely. I want to lodge a complaint with the appropriate authority but can't find an address or phone number, which I need to lodge the complaint so very suspicious

Wish I could give 0 stars. Only had the cover for a few weeks and it has pulled in all different areas and when washed ended up even worse. I wrote to the company and they said it was out of 30 day warranty period and did not offer any refund or replacement. Beware when purchasing. Do not waste your money.
