Plush cushioning, Arms padding stingy – Product comes essentially as pre assembled as any recliner. Just have to attach backrest with its sides and the feet. Seating is plush, arm rests could do with more padding particularly you are doing long sessions in the chair. Chair would suit a person who is roughly 5"8 to sit flat foot on floor. Padding extends the length of the leg rest so support for under knees. Once you find ur position its comfortable enough. For 400aud its a nice purchase but not an essential. Very gamerish. One gripe I have is that the recliner isn't locked so if you're taller and repositioning it often begins extending the leg rest and reclining
