Very unreliable and unhelpful courier service – Despite giving explicit details on where to leave our incoming parcels in the form of a written Authority to Leave (ATL), over the past 2 years we have had to complain at least 7 times because the courier refused to follow our ATL and persisted in leaving the parcels anywhere he felt like it. Although we were assured each time that the situation would be dealt with, it wasn't. Finally it got sorted, but should not have taken 2 years.
