Cozi Slides

Orders never arrived, customer service non-responsive – Back in April I ordered three pair of Cozi slides based on several previous satisfactory purchases. When the shoes did not arrive by May, i contacted the company and was told they would follow up and get back to me. No one ever did. I have made several inquiries since then, none of which have been answered. I am not sure what happened to this company, but needless to say I will not ever buy from them again. I really liked their shoes.

Never arrived – Waited four months for the delivery, but hey, the refund function worked quickly, so that's at least two stars.

my heal hurts after wearing Cozi Slide – I purchased two pairs. After wearing one pair for a full day, the next day when I got up my heal really hurt on my left foot. After several weeks went by, I tried them again, and sure enough, I woke up with a very sore heal. I think their heal design is too narrow for an older person's foot.

I measured wrong – So as stated in the title, I measured wrong. It's a shame everyone expects everything instantaneously. happened and a larger size would be shipped immediately. I must admit, these did arrive a tad quicker. But all in all I enjoyed how quickly they resolved my issue and am enjoying how they feel on my feet!!!!

how can reviews be so different – I usually read reviews on products before purchasing but on an impulse just ordered cozi slides. Later thought I should check reviews and when I did was horrified and was prepared to write them off as never arriving as reviews were so bad. BUT what a completely different experience I have had. do, to balance the scales a little. Exactly 12 days elapsed between placing order and its arrival. There was shipping communication during that 12 days. Ordered 3 pairs in different sizes and all arrived as ordered and fitted perfectly. Are they a fashion statement? No, but they're not meant to be and are exactly as pictured on the site. Have been wearing them for a week now and they are very comfortable. I have bought many a designer shoe from reputable brands, over the years, and been crippled in them, so these are as stated.

This has taught me one sobering thought - be very wary and sceptical now of negative product reviews because you never know what the agenda is of these people. Now LOL, I'm wondering about all the products I've missed out on because I believed such opinions!! No more, will trust my own judgement a lot more now. We live in a world of con artists and scammers yes but maybe I'll be more impulsive from now on.

I have received no benefit from this review and don't know anyone at cozi slides but they deserve honest balanced feedback.

months after my first order, I am being promised that a new pair are being shipped. Not sure how it can take so long to coordinate delivery for a product from a mere 100km away! At any rate, it is now a little too late. We leave for our trip tomorrow and I will have to go out and purchase a new brand of sandal for hubby. I hear that Cotton On sell a very good pair of similar sandals for half the price so that is where I will be going!

Wish I read the reviews first !!!! – Ordered 2 pairs in good faith and just like previous reviews have not arrived weeks later , tracking does not work and email response from help desk is so dodgy .. don’t buy !!!!

TERRIBLE return POLICY – I bought two pairs so I could try one and if I needed to return the other one, it would be unopened. It took WEEKS for them to arrive and they came at two different times. when I got a blister from the one pair, I tried to return the new and unopened pair, but they have a 14-day return policy. Worst things I have ever seen – After not being able to find a return form I contacted customer service. They answered quickly and I explained what was wrong with them. only go to 40. I said no !!!so I think this is the way they make money. Shipping these horrendous sandals that can cost nothing to produce then offering a low refund. Or from what I read from some reviews no refund at all. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE !!!!!!

Scam! – Never received the product, when I contact the company I am advised it was never shipped (now been 5 weeks) company refusing to refund.

Don’t waist your money – Just like everyone one else is saying. I have been waiting for my delivery for 5 weeks and contacted them in the email system they have and have not had a reply. Feel so frustrated and robbed of my money. I have plantar fasciitis and can’t hardly walk.

Don't just don't – Placed order and recieved email with invoice and message stating confirmation of shipping details to come soon. It didn't arrive. I tried to contact the seller but their contact page kept going around in circles. Email on website didn't work but I Googled and got a working email. They promised to contact me in 48 hours but after 108 hours, I finally contacted PayPal who got me a refund. Save yourself this problem.
