Wrong delivery and very poor customer service – I recently bought few products, they supplied wrong item , when requested to replace with correct one or refund , they offering 10% refund and advising me that if customer return product then customer have to pay freight regardless of their mistake. All the products itself are very poor quality as well, doesn't matched their descriptions or photos. Total waste of money.

Cheap shoe with no support – I thought I was getting a deal as they were marked down from $159 to $39 but these shoes are not even worth $39. They are cheaply made with flimsy soles they have no arch support and they come shrink-wrapped together in a plastic bag so they are crushed from postage. The upper is thin and again cheap material and smells like plastic. I should have done my research before I purchased, they went straight in the bin

Not what I ordered at all. Actually a scam. I bought leather slippers. Plastic slippers arrived – The image and the description do not match what arrived. The product advertised states leather shoes. The photos shows leather shows. What I received was plastic.
