Ordered as part of a sale, and 3 weeks later there's been no communication at all. Would not recommend purchasing from Craft Cartel as I certainly won't be.
To be honest I was a little Sceptical as the reviews were average. To be honest people only come here to write bad reviews. But honestly ordered 3 slabs and they came within a week. Can’t fault them for that
Had a slight hiccup when first ordering - delayed but arrived, but since then have had great service. The prices of beer/RTDs is amazing and always great deals. I wouldn't suggest getting the mixed wine packs though. All the wines are off/past due dates - think not an expensive Shiraz that's 2009 or Chardonnay that's 2013, so over 10 years old.… Read more
The bubbles are also well past it.
Nonetheless, they would do better by just not offering these in their deals as they're basically free anyway due to the price you pay for the beer and you just have to dispose of them.
All round though the communication and beer etc deals are great!
No communication and very slow shipping – Delivery was always VERY slow...but a lot of well priced craft beers made available Oz wide. Recently (Jan 2025) shipping has gone thru the roof. I'm on Sunshine Coast QLD and was always paying $13 shipping. Now $42 for a slab !? Perhaps the shipping price is an error? but all attempts to contact Craft Cartel are met with silence. Show details
Stay Clear! – Everything about the business smells fishy. Worst Beer company around.Cant believe they are trading. Order didn't get sent for wks. Multiple emails with lame excuses if I got one back and a courier company that is useless in tracking. Wouldn't ever go near them again.
Never again!! – I ordered and paid for the beer advent calendar back in September ,it is now the 11th of December and still have not received it...
The worst advent calendar and customer service I have ever experienced – Beer advent calendar - DO NOT BUY!!!!!! The 'calendar' arrived in a complete mess which totally defeats the purpose of the calendar concept (photos attached). But oh no - they didn't stop there. offer?? The QR codes also didn't work, so even if I wanted to work out which beer went where, there was no way. It took days for a reply, no call even though I asked them to contact me; it was like a a snake-oil outfit. In the end I said I didn't want the calendar and they could arrange to pick it up and I would purchase from their competitor (who always delivers and have the best calendars). To add to insult, they then asked ME to print out a return tag and repackage the box for collection. If I could give MINUS 5 Stars - I would.
Terrible service. Do not order! – Beer Advent Calendar has not arrived Ordered 22nd November. Have not had any updates after days of trying. No one will answer phone. Finally package update shipped, will arrive 13th December. Not great when it is supposed to be a advent calendar.
Christmas cheer diminished – 2024 Advent calendar. Purchased as a gift. Arrived in a massive box therefore all the beers has been shaken around. Gifted a generic $10 off next purchase for the whoopsies. Incredibly disappointed. Expensive. Poor customer service. Long delivery times. Advent calendar for the win. -100/10.
Do not use this unreliable company – Should have read the reviews! Ordered months ago and advent calender never arrived. Spam emails a plenty though. I have followed up.
Pathetic – I made a purchase on November 21st. I didn't receive any updates and contacted them on November 27th, they replied with a tracking number for Couriers Please. Disappointing Craft Cartel Beer Advent Calendar – Ordered Beer Advent Calendar (not cheap). Excellent customer service! – I made a purchase and entered the wrong address. After emailing on a Sunday night, to change the address, they emailed me back within an hour to confirm they have changed it. What amazing customer service!

a refund have been ignored. Attempts to call them by phone are pointless, as calls go straight to a recorded message and, while you can leave a message, no-one returns your call. The contrast between these guys and the several online wine retailers I've used over the years is massive: In the wine world, these sorts of complaints are always dealt with very promptly and efficiently. I would strongly advise avoiding this company, based on my experience.

Sent and delivered enjoyable beer as promised – Bought from Craft cartel boxes of beer that were delivered quickly in matter of days all sent by shipping date though Australia Post. I'd be happy if another beer came along I could afford to buy from this seller.
Misled on dispatch times, big delay – Ordered 7th Dec with expectation of dispatch on 11th Dec. Chased to ensure delivery to drink over the festive period and told lies and delay tactics. Beer is only arriving January. Honesty goes a long way for retail. The lack of transparency and options to cancel/ refund once they knew it would never arrive before Christmas would have been fine.
