Not turning up – Have been requesting for nearly 6 months that they come and fix join in my bench. Also little chips on cabinetware. Kitchen only installed last August.

informative customer service provided at the Craftbuilt Showroom - through to Justine's exceptional way of suggesting design ideas but also being able to incorporate certain design features that we already had our heart set on - through to Sharon's ability to stay on the pulse throughout the process and iron out our misunderstanding as best as she could - through to the friendliness and helpful hints provided (in regards to caring for the surfaces of the kitchen) by the tradies I find it hard to fault Craftbuilt Kitchen's service overall. I love the kitchen and laundry. It was definitely worth the wait. The kitchen and laundry feel so much more spacious than what I had imagined. Efficient and easy to deal with – Our kitchen and bathroom renovations were about to start, when Covid19 hit Australia. Craftbuilt kitchens were able to complete the work efficiently and effectively. Stress free kitchen reno – We recently had our kitchen renovated through craftbuilt and we are thrilled with the result. Everything, from the planning to the installation, exceeded expectations. Justine designed a kitchen that really opened up the space, Sharon smoothly handled the project management and all of the tradies involved were on time and professional. Fantastic Kitchen Upgrade – The team at Craftbuilt did a great job on our new kitchen. They were very good on keeping to commitments and programme throughout the project design, delivery and completion process. We are very happy with the completed works.

kitchen was pokey but with walls removed and the cabinets extended into what is a very large lounge/dining area, it is now light, bright and attractive. I just love my kitchen – We love our kitchen. It has made our room so much brighter and very easy to work in. The whole staff were helpful and patient with my particular wants some of which were quite out of the ordinary. The work was carried out efficiently and the tradesmen were polite and very helpful. They have years of experience in custom built kitchens and I would definitely recommend them for a kitchen renovation.

I would also like to send a BIG thank-you to, Sharon (the project manager), the office ladies and ALL of the tradesmen involved - who's professionalism was to be commended. Nothing was ever too much trouble and any issues I did have were always resolved in a professional and timely manner.

We were provided with a schedule of what would be done and when and I'm happy to say everything went exactly to schedule. All "tradies" were punctual, polite and professional and I felt very comfortable having them in our home.

This was my first experience of renovations and I only hope all future ones are as smooth sailing. I will definitely be making my recommendations to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen.

It was very much a team effort and I would like to thank ALL involved in making my new kitchen a fantastic place to work in and look forward to enjoying my new kitchen for years to come.

Warning - Do NOT trust Craftbuilt - Kitchen Renovations – Craftbuilt installed a new kitchen in July 2002. The cost was $24,480-00 so quality was expected. The kitchen appeared fine for a few years. The Neff cooktop started to fail, but upon spraying circuit board cleaner, it worked again until total failure in 2007, five years after the kitchen renovation by Craftbuilt. power point got wet and tripped the circuit. It was found that copious water was reaching below the sink as well, within a relative short time after the kitchen renovation. Considerable damage was incurred simply because this company failed to bead sufficient viable water sealant around the sink nor cook-top. Possibly two dollars worth of sikaflex / silicon / or other such product used to gasket between sink / cook-top and bench. The sum spent was not much less than $25G, but unfortunately a most sub-standard quality of work; an insidious event as a kitchen can look good for a year or more while underneath, substandard work / sub-standard quality yields wood-rot, ruined appliances, and a host of other dreadful consequences. I apologize for not writing a review years ago, it may have prevented some grief for other people.
