to me, but after following up, I never received a response.

Rob explained that the stone benchtops were installed by another company that he had contracted and paid as part of my kitchen package, but then told me I’d need to contact that company directly to fix the problem. I found this concerning since I had no separate contract or receipt with that company — all payments were made to Rob’s business.

It’s important to understand that some movement in a home happens naturally over time, but when stone benchtops aren’t installed correctly or to Australian Standards, that movement can cause the entire kitchen project to fail in workmanship.

The benchtops worsened, and if I hadn’t organised another tradesperson to repair them, it could have become a costly problem. For the price I paid, I expected the kitchen to meet Australian Standards and for any issues to be rectified by the business I dealt with. Payment was accepted promptly, but the management of my concerns and follow-up was extremely disappointing and fell well short of professional standards.

I’m sharing this to help future customers clarify who is responsible for subcontracted work and warranty follow-up before making payment. While the cabinetry itself was good, the handling of the stone benchtops issue and lack of accountability was very concerning.

kitchen space to the rest of the house allowing us to have a 3 metre island bench with huge amounts of storage. Visiting the warehouse and showroom you can see the quality of product along with ample options and colour choices on design. We were extremely impressed with the cabinetry on display and whilst there was a lot of designs and colours to choose from the process was not too overwhelming with the teams help. We had envisioned a specific style of stone and out appeared Lisa with a sample that we immediately signed off on and can say fell in love with (Thank you Lisa). The tradesmen that Rob recommended throughout the process to assist with the kitchen renovation including tiler, plasterer, carpenter and stonemason etc were just as fabulous and efficient to deal with and are greatful for their help. The Team at Krauss Kitchen has a family feel and treat you like their own, we would have no hesitations in using the business again however in the meantime know we will enjoy the next 20 plus years in our new Kitchen. took 1 day excluding the stone benches and splash backs. Krauss also organized the associated tradies such as electricians, plumbers and carpenters. Having everyone turn up on time and when they said they would was both novel and pleasantly surprising. All in all the entire process with Krauss Kitchens was excellent and I would not hesitate them to friends and family or anyone reading this review.

We purchased a house with a substandard kitchen. So we shopped around and found that Krauss had products that had quality at reasonable prices. The final price was agreed to with a handshake and there were no "hidden extras", his subbies and office staff were first class and I honestly have nothing derogatory to say about the Company.

Throughout the process Paul made himself available for any questions we may have had, and was hands on supervising the install and coordinating carpenters, plumbers and electricians. Any problems ( very few and minor) were dealt with immediately and effectively. After the install he visited to check everything was as it should be . Paul’s communication with his customers is a strength and key to the success of the whole process, from initial design, sourcing appliances, approving cabinetry to the kitchen install.
