and ants inside the house and in the porch. This is obviously incredibly disappointing at the price point. We are starting to doubt whether the products they use work at all. And one of us is a scientist who is well aware of the product quality and dilutions.

Note: this is NOT a complaint agains the technician, who was incredibly thorough, kind, and informative.

How is this company in business – We built a house with dixon homes. The physical termite barrier in place is done 1 brick high around the exterior of the home. However on a brick pillar it’s 2 bricks high. I had issues with the company previously with their inability to treat termites in another home of ours. We did not choose to get this company to do the barrier it came with our new home. But it just shows after 3 years of dealing with them they are still just as useless.
