Crocodile Garage Doors

Avoid at all costs – Paid this company to attend as a cable snapped on our roller door. Long story short, they upsold us, installed the wrong part, and works clearly undertaken by someone that didn't know what they were doing. Were at our house 4 hours when they said it would take 90 minutes, using power tools up until midnight! Then left and it was still broken, they said they didn't know why. Had to follow up on them returning, for them to advise it would be a further $300 "but had to be off the books" to fix. An alternative company came and fixed the roller door and advised of the shotty work, wrong part installed and that the original company had now actually damaged the bar from not knowing what they were doing which now needed replacing. They took photos in amazement. Tried contacting Crocodile to dispute as they didn't fulfil fixing it and actually damaged our roller door but they don't respond to emails. Phoned and was given a different email address as they conceded details on their website are false. Invoice ABN does not match their website name... Likely piggybacking off the UK name. A dodge business which took our money and damaged our property. Will be reporting to authorities after 4 emails received no response.
