helpline for assistance, we received prompt advice on how to remedy the problem. Unfortunately, our second coat worsened the situation. However, things took a positive turn when we were connected with Trent, the sales representative for Crommelin.

Trent was proactive in addressing the challenges we faced and assured us of his personal assistance. He went above and beyond, making the effort to travel from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast to inspect the issue thoroughly. Through a series of tests and careful analysis, Trent came up with a solution to resolve the problem.

It is worth noting that the exact cause of the issue couldn't be definitively determined, as various factors contribute to such occurrences. However, we were impressed by the fact that Crommelin never attempted to shift blame onto us, despite the possibility that our application might have played a role.

Trent's outstanding customer service and open communication made a significant difference throughout this process. Not only did he support us by providing more than the necessary product to rectify the problem, but he also showed genuine care for our situation, given the amount of work we had put into achieving a flawless finish.

As a result of Crommelin's dedication and commitment to resolving our concerns, we are immensely pleased and will continue to use their products in the future.
