replace an old system. He started the job in early October and said it would be completed in a few days. We trusted him and paid the full contract price when he said the job was more than 90% complete. He sent one subcontractor after another to finish the job then abandoned the job. We got another tradesman to finish the job in January at additional cost of $5000. He stopped returning calls. His ten year warranty is worth zero. Look closely and you’ll see it’s only a post box address even though he invites visiting the show room!
