settlement. We/bank asked for an extension of an extra 5 days. [name removed] rejected saying fees and compensation was payable (communication below) this was a lie as i approached the vendor directly who never gave these instructions and was mortified and upset that this even occurred. I've logged a complaint with VCAT.. all lies...

Hidden costs and inefficiency – Beware. Claims to be fixed price but takes more at settlement with no explanation. Beware not receiving erroneous final adjustments.

Warning...Steer clear!!! – Steer clear as the lack of any conveyancing cost us our home and now we are renting. This business were responsible for putting us through hell and back. Find a solicitor that conveys is my advice.
