Terrible scam. Grateful for a recoup – Everything looked fine until I needed to get some money out of my invested funds. They became unavailable and wouldn't reply to my continuous requests. I had to move on from asking them for my money and instead got finecroyal.tech to help me trace and recover to me the scammed funds. Don't trust this company.

Cryptrader crooks – Cryptrader.io is a quick way to lose money. They offer "training" and do everything to get you to upgrade your account. The problem comes when you want to make a substantial withdrawal. Be warned it will never happen from these South African scammers, you will lose the lot.

company called Cryptrader.io based in South Africa will take over & you won’t see your money again

15 minutes after completing form I was contacted by Cryptrader.io to set up my account.

Account Manager Robert Sage was extremely friendly and helpful at the start.

Within 2 days he introduced me to the VIP senior account manager Thomas Chase whom offered me company bonuses.

These account managers- Thomas Chase, Tate Williams and Alex Daya all pushed the company bonuses, all promising how they could increase account and then return the deposit straight away into bank account- which was a lie

If you get contacted by senior account manager VIP Thomas Chase, Financial Services Tate Williams or Senior Account manager / CEO Alex Daya please DO NOT accept any bonuses from them.

By the end of July, I started asking the account managers to withdraw, at first, they tried explaining and making excuses why I couldn’t withdraw, then, I was constantly emailing and calling and contacting them with no answer for about 3 days.

I then asked Thomas Chase to withdraw the successful trade that was made over one weekend- which was $1,000, no email or contact saying no or I’m sending ur inquiry to support, no he puts it in too hard basket and he offloaded me to the customer service representative whom went to investigate my account and to see if they could let me withdraw anything. Whilst they investigating, I get ANOTHER account manager which specialises in recovery. I get him for two weeks where I’m told that there was an expiry date on trading volume which is now past and that they will give me one week to get 1million volume up

Needless to say, I failed to get volume up in a week, account has been suspended and terminated

I have also contacted banks & the police to no success Bank even advised me that the guys could be using fake names too

Please stay away from these guys and this organisation

I hope karma pays them all back x 1000%

will look into this, but do nothing. i repeatedly told them that this issue is still unresolved but they said their finance team is looking into the issue and will notify me about this issue via email but i never received any email till 29 July when i decided to re-direct my complaints to fintrack.org where they had my investment returned to me within a matter of weeks. At least i acted on time to get back my investment. Before this issue i always thought Cryptrader was a good platform but when real issues arise, they don't treat you well.

the skill levels of their account managers are just not competent and applicable when it comes to the crypto market. The crypto market is highly volatile and manipulated by institutions because it's unregulated. Also do not believe the account managers when they said they would make you more money or grow your funds - it's just lip service and no accountability is seen. Once an account manager screws up, cryptrade.io will assign another one to sweet talk to you and start all over, conning you to want to invest more money for them to burn in the market. Don't do it guys. Leave this website alone.

Do not give them any of your money!!!!!! – A complete scam. All fake, pretend to make you gains, when you ask to withdraw they can't. More money needs to be added. I didn't get any back. Evil people.

Don't ever believe a single word or a promise they say. Red FLAG – They keep losing your money, so they build a trading volume so that how they make their money, not considering how much did you lose. They don't care, and they keep asking you to deposit more funds to get your money back !

Stay far far far away – All the other posts here are correct a complete scam no 2 ways about it they take your money and hold it against you with some bonus claws, its bad joke.

Avoid Cryptrader, they tried to hold on to my investment – My first experience is the arrogance and rudeness of the customer service. to support@fintrack.org explaining my situation to them and submitting a proof of transaction alongside. Now the team at fintrack.org has restored my access to withdraw. Avoid Cryptrader and never do business with them nor regard them as a credible investment company. They have proven to be incapable over and over again, i thought my experience was isolated but apparently, they've done the same for other people.

Terrible experience! – Terrible experience. All they do is get your money and there isn't any way out! They give you bouns but you have to trade 20,000*Bounce to let you take the money out!!
