I love my new pool. Now I love to sit in my backyard admiring my new pool view. The process was smooth and the crystal pool team guided me all the way. With such big project, I would say it was hassle free. Thank you crystal pool.
Happy with pool construction – Overall a good experience. Communication with site supervisor was good and workmanship is good. Be careful of items that are mentioned by the sales consultant but not listed in your contract. Also plan for significant non itemised price increases for those doing delayed builds due to KDR. Wonderful experience from start to finish – The Crystal Pools team were wonderful to work with from the start to the finish of our brand new pool project. They used their experience to help us plan the entire outdoor area (not just the pool area), and were super communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The entire process was handled with care and professionalism and that went above and beyond right up to the handover. So happy and would recommend them entirely. Show details
very bad experience and 10 months delay – Finished 10 months late, always asked for a lot of extra money on top of the contract and as soon as I found too much and refused any more, there was nearly no communication at all and hence the delay. While asking for "liquidation damages for delay" according to the contract, they refused to pay and even saying the delay is caused by me !
