return no reply. Messaged them of Facebook & Instagram again no reply. No recourse as head office is in China.
Follow-up · Finally received a reply 14 days after my initial email . CRZ offered a 50% refund and no need to ship returns. I was so over it I took the 50% refund. I don’t think I’d order again.
CRZ Yoga does not have an automated return process instead requiring customers to email customer service and then seeking that the customer produce photos for incorrect or incorrectly sized items. Returns for other Yoga product brands are all fantastic with automated sites allowing to select item for return, free return shipping etc... but CRZ… Read more
Yoga just places many unnecessary hurdles in the return process. Would never purchase from CRZ Yoga again as just too difficult when everyone else is so easy to deal with.
