they send a replacement. Now the company refuses to exchange the foaming pump, I have been instructed to go to Howard Storage for a refund. So actually the warranty is invalid. If you exchange the Cuisipro foaming pump because of a fault, you will not be permitted to exchange it but you will only receive a refund. Therefore, the product is not fit for purpose and inefficient. It will break because of the cheap manufacturing of the product and you will end up having to replace it and if you do so too many times, you will be told to take it back for a refund. I originally purchased the foaming pump to save money on detergent but this product is so poorly made it ends up in landfill and it becomes a cycle of buy, break, return, receive, dispose of the broken pump. I highly recommend you do not purchase this product, save yourself time, money and stress and shop elsewhere.
