I had ordered some grain bags from them. The packaging was poor, one was damaged in transit, and the other 3 all ended up being contaminated (still sealed). After trying to talk with their support about the damage, their response was that i should just deal with auspost. Then when the contamination became apparent, they simply ignored me. I left a review through the channel they asked me to, outlining what is written above, and their reply was:

We aim to resolve any issues our customers have prior to advancing to public reviews. Please let us know if you would like us to assist you with this defective grain bags you have. Kind regard ==
So I replied to them, and described the issues again. Silence. Followed up again. Silence.
Buyer beware. They only display their good reviews, hide anything negative, and make zero effort to rectify any issues
Purchased from their website and get sent different, low quality, cheap and broken crap from ebay. Absolute fraudsters.

Great Experience – These guys are the best in the business. I purchased there all in one grow bags and they are of high quality, and produced many mushrooms. I’ll definitely be buying more
Easy instructions, but it all goes wrong – Growing mushrooms made to look easy. After applying as instructed and spending money to apply correct method it all goes wrong. There are no instructions for that. Email is the only means to get help, they do answer. But again limited information. Agar plate contaminated - Inoculation of bags - needle gets blocked when pushing into the contents of bag! of course whatever is in the bag will go up the needle, so it disables it altogether, it doesn’t work!
Wasted money.
