Worst product, even worse customer service – Worst product ever. They blame covid for their terrible reviews/products, but state they test their products on shore in Australia! How when they ship them direct from China (same place that Shein does!). The reviews on multiple websites prove the battery life is horrible, and yet they refuse to refund, even with known defects. back and forth with them since November 2024, now February 2025. They apparently need proof their product doesn't work, but they reviews speak words. DO NOT TRUST THIS PRODUCT. I am expecting my post/review to be deleted, as that is how they work, deplorable business practices.
Do not buy! – I first bought this product at the end of October. Since then, they have replaced it 3 times! Every device has been faulty or malfunctioned within 1-2 uses. The battery doesn't hold charge after its first use. Will be asking for a refund. Show details

The best curler for mum – As a mum, something that is portable is a game changer for me and this curler is exactly that. only downfall is that sometimes it doesn't quite last the full 60 mins but that doesn't bother me at all. Show details

Bad Customer Service – Item not worth the money. Customer service what a joke. Curlr died after a short time, contacted Curlr with photos to prove item was faulty, was promised a replacement Curlr, they didn’t follow through. I contacted them twice, each time I was promised but it never happened. Another company who doesn’t have quality customer service, all they want is your money. Show details

This is the BEST curler – I can't live without my curler, the fact that it's 100% wireless and portable is one of the best parts about it, and I never burn myself anymore!!! Show details
Worst curler I've used – I purchased this to do hair for a wedding. I have tried everything - followed all the instructions and videos and it does not work, only makes my hair dry out and certainly does not curl. Pleasantly surprised – I have long thick hair. I did put too much hair in once and it tangled. Luckily I was able to get it out easily enough. It's really important you don't stuff too much hair in to avoid tangling. I set the curlr to 150c, 10 minutes. It was the perfect setting for my hair. that considering I have very long, thick hair. Overall I guess reading all the other reviews I got lucky with this product as it worked perfectly as it should,never lost charge and I didn't come across any of the issues I have read about, yet. Its still new and haven't had it long enough. I will definitely update after a few months though.

Doesn’t hold charge – Bought this for my daughter in January for her birthday in September. By October it wasn’t holding charge. Messaged them in late October and they asked for a video showing the issue. It was January before I could send the video. was faulty. But because I sent the video 2 weeks after the year warranty of when I purchased it they wouldn’t replace it or refund me. I explained my daughter never received it until September but they wouldn’t listen. They’ve actually ignored my emails since their last reply. I wouldn’t recommend this curler at all.
Hair caught up inside , and had to cut it out. Now not stopping until I turn off completely – Only used it a couple of times but use this morning. My hair got caught in it. I had to cut and pull it out. It didn’t shut off and I have to turn off completely to stop it. What can I do about this? Can I get a replacement or money back? Show details

Doesn’t work – Took a long time to arrive, appears to be a dodgy knock-off. The barrel doesn’t twist to put my hair through. Also the second number on the timer is cut off so I can’t see the timer setting, even if this did work…
Battery doesn't last – Not worth the price. Battery doesn't last long, the R and L soon functions seem to be backwards and it kind of twists your hair sometimes instead of even curls. Pretty disappointed. Show details

Don't buy!!! – My hair got caught in it. Luckily my husband was around to reverse the spin as I wouldn't have been able to do this myself as it was stuck in my hair and I couldn't see the settings. Currently trying to get a refund but no luck yet. Show details
Absolutely Horrendous – Seriously advise against this god awful product, customer service absolutely horrendous no warranty or returns, its cheap nasty quality died after 1 use, battery just dead. Now i've wasted my money.
