Customer service is 9/10 of a sale!! – Recently had some questions before purchasing thru Custom Jewellers. It was refreshing to have someone get back to me so quickly, over several back & forth emails. I am yet to receive the product that they had on a very genorous sale, altho they look gorgeous in the picture, but if the customer service wasn't there in the 1st place, I wouldn't have been able to purchase in time. Good on you. Thanx for your help. Stay tuned for a report on the product. Quick service mad it possible for me to purchase in time, even tho I'd left it the last minute.
