Megan and the staff were professional and friendly and extremely helpful with my recent rental and delays in getting the truck back and allowed me to make extended rental, I highly recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them again. Show details

Overcharge you when returning the vehicle – Worst customer service ever. They show the price less when you book the truck and then they charge you extra when you return the truck. They don't even fill up the fuel with full tank and ask you to bring it in the same quantity. They told me the fuel was about $ 15 per bar and then they charged me saying the fuel is roughly about 20 litres per… Read more

bar. They even charged me $2.5 dollars per litre. I am never choosing them again. There are much better providers available online. I only chose them as they were very close to my new place.

Check the Odometer – Would not recommend. Wasn't until I received my cc statement that I realised they overcharged me for fuel. Was meant to be $77 + Fuel over 250km, got charged over $500. Would have had to drive 140km/h the whole time to clock up the k's (in a moving truck!). They gave me a partial refund when I challenged it, but still charged double what should have been. Go to Hertz, much more professional. Show details

False economy – I'm not sure where to start here. This mob have quoted $67 for the day and ended up charging $130. It seems that there were some hidden fees like Gst and Admin fees. The van was a heap which I didn't mind too much except for when you go over a bump and then find out there's little or no suspension and your backside hits the bottom of the seat… Read more

sending a jolt up your spine. Then there's no where to park so you have to leave your car in a back street over night. The office staff were very polite however I think I know why now. (smiling assassins) but I can't say the same for the other staff.
