Give this place a wide berth! – Technical competence = zero. Customer service? Forget it. They simply can't be bothered. 'Technical Services guy' couldn't even be bothered to get out of his chair. Then laughed when I said I wanted a DVD writer to convert some old technology. Went up the road to Jaycar and all done in 5 minutes with some great technological know how supported by excellent customer 'interest' and service. Show details
Worst service ever. Incompetent and unethical staff. Go literally anywhere else – Basically: - Made an order online on Sunday with a 2-3 business day delivery time frame. - Called on Wednesday to make sure it would be delivered that day and was told there would be a 2 day delay. - Called on Friday after the order status will still 'Processing' and was told it had already been delivered... even though it hadn't. - Was told that… Read more
the person who updated the order statuses and handles contact with Australia Post was away for the week and so no one's order status for that week was correct and no one's complete details were given to Australia Post. - Low and behold it turned out that the order had been delivered to the wrong address, and my email address was never given to Australia Post for them to give me delivery updates. - They also gave Australia Post the wrong delivery instructions. - The only shred of help I got from this business was a photo of the package in someone else's garage that I walked around the neighbourhood trying to find. - Eventually I was lucky enough to find it. - Decided to call the business to let them know and to make a perfectly reasonable request to have the $7 delivery fee refunded because of their part in the whole fiasco, after which they could seek a refund from Australia Post for the delivery never making it to the address. - Was basically told - Too bad so sad. Just be happy that you found it and go away.
Great Customer Service for a Family Owned Electronics Store – I bought several electronics from them in the past (cables, peripherals, usbs, etc). They were affordable and I never had any issues with the products. They sell both main-stream and non-main steam electronics that JbHifi doesn't sell such as a Dynadock. Conveniently located at Sydney CBD and has great customer service
