Quoted $2450 to fix a severed pipe. Had it fixed by a local plumber for $260. Daylight robbery.

Tried to charge my elderly mother $8500 for a new hot water service ! Absolute rogues, should be disgusted in themselves. Another plumbing business quoted $2400 ! Shame on you CYBER PLUMBING WERRIBEE..

This company came out and charged a call out fee. Tech told me the unit was fixable and to have a second person come out to fix the unit for a further $1000 only to be told now at a total of $1300 that it needs to be replaced in full. minutes at a time only to be hung up on as no one's available to speak to. Heath in customer service was disgusting to deal with, offered no assistance and ended the call with 'ta-ta' and hung up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Cyber plumbers is also known as metropolitan plumbing!!! We called cyber plumbing and a plumber rocked up in a Metropolitan van. We questioned to which the plumber advised was the same Company. Quoted $1250 for a small job that we already half did for him. The plumber then said we can just go to Bunnings and fix the pipe ourselves for cheaper. He also offered to send us the quote and call other plumbers to compare the price. My husband said to the guy “let me talk to my wife about the price” and the guy just cancelled the job on the spot. Advised that we had to call the office to rebook it and they can have someone out by 11pm. I then said to the guy we have already been waiting hours why did you cancel the job? We put in a complaint and the office made excuses up for the guy, telling us he was professional and their prices are good. A new plumber from a completely different company who was very polite and professional saved us $800 and no drama compared, to Cyber/Metropolitan plumbing.

Cyber Plumbers core business seems to be dodgy financing, not AC / plumbing work. Technician came out to look at our ancient evap cooler that was not working. They quoted 3 options: 1. to replace the Evap cooler (double the price of other more reasonable companies), 2. to install ducted AC (triple the price of other more reasonable companies) and… Read more

3. to install split system units (triple the price of other more reasonable companies!). After telling me it would cost $38,000 to supply and install 3x small split units and 1x larger split unit they told me they offer 15 year financing to pay off this inflated price. Needless to say I did not go ahead with these guys. Stay clear of this company!

Quote - hard to believe! – The service was certainly prompt. Someone arrived the same day to provide a quote. However, the quote of $2000+ to INSTALL a new gas stove was hard to believe. I did not proceed with the work and found a plumber who could do the job for less than $400.
