great design and terms of compact, but the frustration and overwhelming of trying to collapse the pram isn't great, especially when you're tired and frustrated. the seats couldn't fit my 3.5 year old. the only thing is it runs well

Follow-up  · Folding issues: I still have frustration in regards to folding down the pram, it's a 3 step process I have to talk out loud and still occassions take me several takes. Manouevruability is great, moves well and smooth on all surfaces so far. it's a bit larger so small door ways you have to be prescise with navigating. The seat is suitable for about 2 years and under, otherwise my 3 year old toddler, she's too tall for the canopy and her legs dangle off the end.

Purchased in at Baby Bunting for $2,200.

Poorly designed and difficult to use – This pram is an absolute nightmare! It has to be designed by people without children. Here are the worst things I found: - trying to fold this pram is difficult. You need to hold down a button on the handle bar, while simultaneously sliding across another button on the handle bar - while holding the two buttons in these positions you use your other hand to lift a lever on the side of the handle bar, and then push and fold. We had to watch a video to work this out. - the seats are tiny. My eldest was 22 months when we bought this and while she is tall for her age, she isn’t a giant. Her head was already hitting the padding at the top/shade cover. 8 months later and she is slouching in it. I also don’t like how flat the seats are, in that there isn’t much protection on the sides (not like how some prams have bucket seats). This wasn’t something I considered when purchasing. - trying to do up the buckle to strap the kids in requires a puzzle master. It’s near impossible with a kid throwing a tantrum. You need to balance these tiny notches on the shoulder and hip buckle on top of each other, then hold them in place while trying to push it into the crotch buckle. Let’s not get started on how to lengthen the straps. - There are lots of configurations to the pram but honestly, how many do you really need. After awhile the kids just want to face outwards.

The plus side to this pram is the storage underneath.

We spent so much on this pram that I refuse to buy another one, but I get angry every time I have to use it.

Mothers nightmare! – The worst pram I have ever used! It feels like the designers brainstormed all the things that would help a parent and then designed the complete opposite! As a parent especially with 2, you need to be able to do things quickly. To even strap the kids in you need to align the buckles of the top and bottom strap and try and feed it into the clicker. Try doing this with a toddler chucking a tantrum or just wanting to run off. Tightening or loosening the seatbelts also needs a manual and my nails bent back in the process, I still haven’t managed to loosen it yet. You have to also press, slide and click 3 different buttons at the same time to be able to collapse the pram Both of my seats have had to either be replaced or sent back to be repaired. I have had the pram 12 months and probably only been able to use it for 1 month of that time due to repairs from just pressing the button to adjust the seat. The only positive I can say is the storage underneath is amazing. My toddler has spent all his pram time under there while we didn’t have a second seat

Decent double pram, seats are small – We bought this pram as our kids are 23 months apart and we didn't want a side by side pram. There were very few options but we decided on this. Overall it is a decent pram but the seats are small, my 23 month old only just fits (he is average height), his head touches the top cover of the seat. It's also fiddly to fold up and takes a few tries each time which is frustrating. Otherwise it is handy with multiple configurations and is nice to push. Good size space underneath for storage also.

Purchased in for $1,600.

Too complicated and expensive – Building this is awful, there are 4 guides and some of them make no sense. The pram claims all these functions and maybe that's the problem. Save your money and get some thing simple.

I have been in touch with the support team but not heard back. I believe the fault is with the instructions and the video which state you must push two buttons to engage a lever to then fold the stroller. In fact you must push AND slide one of those buttons - if you do that it works fine.

Cybex has a video on their website and if they did a close up of the push/slide maneuver it would save some parental grief.

Hi MIlo Pherone, We haven't been able to find your message to the support team. Please resend it to us if you have it or still need their assistance. We have put together a short video regarding the buttons and safety lock to assist with folding the Gazelle but have also requested to have this included in a full tutorial at some stage. Hello [Name Removed], Thanks for the feedback. I will look into getting our own tutorial video on the Gazelle filmed so we clear up these issues of understanding how it works. Do you require any further assistance?

There, are you happy now? I just copied your response. I honestly don't recommend the pram, but I did eventually figure out the push/slide button. I hope you can film a new how to video on that point because when I went on youtube and looked at comments it seems other folks had the same issue.
