 AI reviews summary

The Babybee Juno is highly regarded for its versatility, particularly as a future-proof investment for growing families. Users frequently praise its smooth "glide-like" manoeuvrability across various terrains and its exceptionally large storage basket. While the product itself receives high marks for build quality and thoughtful design features—such as integrated sunshades and one-handed functionality—there are significant and recurring reports of poor customer service experiences and specific mechanical frustrations regarding the brakes and folding mechanism.

Pros
  • Exceptional Storage: The under-seat basket is noted for its 15kg capacity and lack of a central bar, easily accommodating full grocery shops. The optional clip-on shopper basket is also highlighted as a standout accessory.
  • Superior Manoeuvrability: The pram is frequently described as "pushing like a cloud," with excellent suspension and a tight turning circle that performs well on grass, gravel, and uneven footpaths.
  • Thoughtful Design Features: Recurring praise is given to the built-in UV sunshades (which eliminate the need for extra clips), the one-handed fold, and the "memory buttons" that allow for easy removal of the bassinet.
  • Double Configuration Versatility: Parents of multiples or growing families appreciate that both seats are full-sized and that the bassinet can be positioned on the top adapters, a feature often missing in competitor models.
Cons
  • Poor Customer Service: Multiple reviewers report "appalling" or "unhelpful" interactions with the support team, specifically regarding warranty claims, shipping errors, and a perceived lack of interest in resolving issues once a purchase is made.
  • Mechanical Faults: Several users have flagged recurring issues with the brake axle failing or becoming difficult to disengage, as well as a "non-stop creaking" in the frame after minimal use.
  • Finicky Folding Process: While advertised as a one-handed fold, many find it requires specific front-wheel alignment and handlebar positioning to work, often requiring two hands and multiple attempts.
  • Cosmetic Durability: There are reports of the "Babybee" logo on the handle rubbing off quickly, fabric fading or pilling, and the frame scratching easily despite careful use.
Verdict

The Babybee Juno is a high-performing, stylish all-rounder that offers premium features and immense storage at a more accessible price point than many luxury competitors. It is an excellent choice for parents seeking a smooth-driving pram that adapts from single to double mode, provided they are prepared for a potentially difficult customer service experience should a mechanical fault occur.

Love our Babybee Juno pram in Taupe. Each detail is so carefully thought out - the material, the vents, the UV shade, the massive basket, how easily it glides and move. Tested out all the big brands at the Perth Baby Expo, loved that the handle didn’t sit on the floor when folded up, the weight of it and the ease of picking up each piece to put into the car. Can’t beat it! Hardest thing to work out was which colour to go!!! Show details

Absolutely love my Babybee Juno! It is super easy to set up and pack down. I can do everything with 1 hand. I didn’t get the opportunity to try the pram before buying as I live rurally and I was very impressed with how smooth the pram is. There are so many hidden extras that give the pram a lux feel. I cannot recommend this pram enough. Show details

We bought the Babybee Juno pram together with the Babybee Joey carrier for our first baby and so far we absolutely love the quality and functionality. we’re proud to now have one for our growing family as well.

We can’t wait to start using the pram when our little one arrives and we’re sure our baby will be comfortable and safe in it. As first-time parents, it gives us peace of mind knowing we’ve invested in something that is practical, high quality and built for everyday family life.

I LOVE this pram. I looked into a lot of double prams. I needed one with a large basket capacity. I had the bugaboo double pram and sold it to buy this. Their basket capacity wasn’t enough for me. This pram can have the two seats in different position and attach the toddler seat as well that folds up (quirky). I’ve literally had the bassinet,… Read more

upright seat (to lock up my 4.5 year old that loves to run) and toddler seat attached with a toddler bike in this pram. Fold’s easily and moves easily too. It does take a bit of strength pushing the pram with my toddler who’s 19kg but that would be realistic with a 6kg baby, 19kg toddler the pram and whatever else I’m stocking. I would suggest finding a bassinett second hand on marketplace since you barely use it. Xx

We absolutely love our Babybee Juno! It’s so easy to fold, feels really sturdy and smooth to push, and the quality is amazing. It looks beautiful, has plenty of storage, and has made getting out and about with our little girl so much easier. I highly recommend the Babybee Juno pram. My husband works FIFO so it was so important to have a pram that is user-friendly. I love that I can easily fold down and up the Juno with one hand. It’s also lightweight for me to lift in and out of the car on my own. It’s very comfortable for my six month old. The shade attachment on the bassinet was… Read more

The Juno pram has such an excellent design. Every moving part is easy and smooth and it’s the first pram I’ve owned that’s intuitive and people who aren’t familiar figure it out very easily. I have friends with similar style prams and they are always commenting on the seamless function of my Juno. It’s also very attractive and I love the green seats we have. Show details

The Babybee Juno in aesthetic taupe has been the MVP of our parenting era. It glides effortlessly through cafés, shops and bumpy walks. The large storage basket fits the nappy bag, groceries, snacks and every “just in case” item. Stylish, smooth and practical, the Juno carries our chaos beautifully. With convenient rain cover and feet warmer accessories coming into winter. As a first time Mum, I feel confident with the Juno. Show details

As a second-time mum, I thought I already had the “perfect” pram (a very expensive, luxury UK brand / model that converts into a double). However, when I fell pregnant with my second, I couldn’t ignore all the buzz around the Babybee Juno. So, I did what any slightly obsessive mum would do… I made spreadsheets. Yes, actual spreadsheets comparing… Read more

every top pram on the market! And after all that research, I still went ahead and bought the Juno, despite already owning a perfectly “good” pram. That alone says everything.

What stood out immediately was the practicality. The fact that it can fold with one or even two seats attached is a total game changer. Even better, when folding the frame (seats off), it forms a U-shape around your belly, so you can pick up with ease and place front on into the boot of your car. Its ergonomic design means I won’t strain my back with awkward bending. It’s genuinely one of the easiest folds I’ve ever used too.

Then there’s the seating…two equal-sized seats! This is HUGE. My tall 2.5-year-old fits comfortably in either position, which wasn’t the case with other high-end doubles I trialled. The flexibility to swap them around depending on the day (or the toddler mood!) makes everyday outings so much easier.

The basket is another standout. A generous 15kg capacity with no annoying bar running through it means I can actually fit a proper grocery shop underneath. I also highly recommend purchasing the shopper basket (genius add on!). It’s one of those features you don’t realise you need until you have it… and then can’t live without.

I also love how the seats can face different directions (for eg, baby facing me, toddler exploring the world) makes it future-proof.

I also had a fantastic experience with the customer service team. I had a minor issue, and it was resolved straight away. The brands response was prompt, friendly, and professional.

And finally, the sun canopies are absolutely next level. They cleverly tuck into the top of the seat or bassinet for easy access, so you can adjust them in seconds. The sun protection is fantastic and my kids are completely shaded and protected, which gives me peace of mind with our Aussie sun.

Honestly, after trying, comparing, and over-analysing nearly every pram out there, I can confidently say the Juno outperforms even the most premium competitors. It is clearly designed by people who get parenting.

I never thought I’d say this after already owning a luxury pram… but I genuinely wish I had the Juno from day one. Go ahead and take the leap, it’s worth it!

The Juno was still relatively new to market when we purchased online in June 2025 after trying it at a baby expo during my pregnancy. could see it in person and have a walk around with it.

Having never used a pram before we were really surprised at how smooth and light it was. We were very impressed at how effortlessly we were able to manoeuvre it around the track set up at the expo. We ended up ordering online, choosing the black and leather option, and received a few free gifts, one of which is the cup attachment - highly, highly recommend this for the essential caffeine you’ll need with a new baby!

We are just about to age out of the bassinet attachment so will be setting up the seat soon, but we’ve loved everything about the pram so far in the first six months. We purchased a bassinet liner aftermarket as the mattress is quite thin and I didn’t want to have to worry about cleaning it if Bub had an accident, but it would also be fine without. It’s so light and easy to manoeuvre and I had no trouble after a c-section on short walks in the early weeks of recovery. The bottom basket has so much room and it really doesn’t affect the easy operation of the pram even when fully loaded.

We love our choice of the Juno and I’d 100% recommend it.

with with a friend who has a bub 2 days younger than mine, rather than taking 2 prams.

Well designed, the attachment accessories are definitely worth it, I use the shopping basket each week when I go to the supermarket. The caddy hanging is where I chuck my phone, keys, lip balm etc. I didn't originally purchase however I found some on marketplace and impulsively got them. 0 regrets! Should have got them in the first place.

the basket at the bottom holds so much, biggest basket we saw out of all the prams we tested. We have done our grocery shop for the week and held the bags in the bottom plus the nappy bag. Chucked bags of pet food in the bottom.

0 regrets for this pram. Best purchase PP. Recommend highly! Pic attached is when my friend and I took out babies out and because I had the bassinet and the capsule attachment, we could just use the Juno!

gets real Mum customers to present at Expos).

The main feature that stood out for us was the huge number of configurations, but most importantly the parent facing bassinet on the top attachments. The memory buttons for bassinet removal is so crucial and an amazing feature, but a small note that it's not available on the seats. And the slide up rail to raise the top seat height is way better than have to use separate attachments. And the bottom basket is the absolute best. It doesn't have a bar in the middle and it completely open and large. We can fit so much under there. And when we go shopping I can even put a Coles shopping basket underneath, and then pull the whole thing out to do self check out. The adaptors to the Britax Capsule have also been a lifesaver.

The Babybee Juno beat out the other 2 we shortlisted: Bugaboo Kangaroo and iCandy Orange 4.

The online purchasing process was really easy and delivery was good (even though the products were split into separate boxes, and arrived separately).

It's now 9 months into using the pram, and it is fantastic. It handles like a dream with great steering, suspension and turning circle. It feels so well made and sturdy. And has worked great on multiplesurfaces/terrain. The pram folds down really easy one handed once you know the tricks (so definitely an advantage to have a face to face explanation, or even watch online videos or Instagram).

A note that the Shopper Basket is a bit tricky to put on as the handle gets in the way, and it only goes on one way. The cup holder is a bit tricky with a medium coffee cup, but almost impossible with a small coffee cup. And the cup holder has to go on the left hand side of you want to keep it on when you fold it. We found the UV Seat Cover in the pocket under the seat embarrassingly late and completely accidentally when we were pulling it apart to wash. I can't remember whether we knew about it before hand because it came wrapped up in the seat, so we didn't have to add it ourselves.

It's such a great pram. Super happy with the purchase, and will definitely consider other Babybee products in the future because of our experience with the Babybee Juno.

Follow-up  · The harness on the seat is really easy to use. 5 point harness where each strap clicks in individually, but one button to release them all. Each buckle has indicator knobs on the wrong side, so you don't twist the straps. Easy to take the comforters off, but secure when attached with press studs ensuring it stays in place. Good seat recline… Read more

we’re out and about, especially during weekend sports. She stays comfortable, can nap peacefully, and it’s made those busy days so much easier.

The storage basket underneath is another huge plus. It fits everything we need without feeling cramped, which is a lifesaver when you’re carrying all the baby essentials (and then some!).

If I had to be extremely picky, my only minor gripe would be that the cup holder can’t always stay mounted on the right-hand side. It’s a very small inconvenience and certainly doesn’t take away from how much we love the pram.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend the Babybee Juno more. It’s practical, comfortable, easy to use, and has been fantastic for our family’s lifestyle.

my baby is protected without needing extra attachments or fuss. The bassinet itself is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for those early months when safe, flat sleeping is so important.

One of my absolute favourite features is the shopping basket attachment. It might sound like a small thing, but as a new mum juggling everything, having that extra storage space is a game changer. Groceries, nappy bag, random baby essentials it all fits easily without feeling cramped or unstable.

The pram is also incredibly smooth to push and easy to maneuver, even one-handed (which, let’s be real, happens a lot). It feels sturdy and well-designed without being bulky or difficult to fold.

Overall, the Babybee Juno has made getting out of the house so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s practical, stylish, and clearly designed with real parents in mind. I’d absolutely recommend it to any new mum looking for a reliable, thoughtfully designed pram.

Hello Babybee, firstly thank you for creating the Juno pram — we honestly don’t know what we’d do without it! It’s made getting out and about with our little one so much easier. shopping centres, grass, even those annoying uneven bits — with no dramas. It’s smooth to push and doesn’t feel like you’re wrestling it when turning or going over bumps, which is a big win when you’ve got your hands full already.

How satisfied are you with the pram's suspension? Very satisfied. The suspension is actually noticeable — it takes the edge off bumps so it’s not a rough ride. You don’t feel like you’re rattling your baby around, which definitely gives a bit of peace of mind.

How comfortable do you think your child is in the pram? Our baby must be very comfortable because they fall asleep in it ridiculously easily — sometimes quicker than at home, which we’re not complaining about The bassinet and seat are both nicely padded and supportive, and we love how easy it is to switch from bassinet to seat as they grow.

Ps.. We also love how easy it is to fold down and get into the car — no complicated setup or fighting with it in a car park while your baby judges you. It just works, which makes getting out of the house way easier.
