Customer service and knowledge are outstanding – My son and I were served by a friendly young man last Saturday ( He has an outstanding mullet) that encouraged my son to wear as much safety gear as possible while mountain bike riding. He also had a good chat with my son about local trials. He connected with my son who is 11 yrs old and made this experience trustworthy. Takes a long time to get items delivered to metropolitan Melbourne Australia – They use cheap inferior delivery services like aramex and are slow to post compared to other bicycle shops in Victoria. Ordered on the 19th of August and arrived on the 2nd of September . would). I would not do business with them again because they are careless with postage and packaging as item arrived badly squashed in secondhand condition.

Please see my side by side comparison in the photos of Bicycles Online packaging sending the same products using their own cardboard boxes via Australia post and CycleStation Albury using cheap plastic packaging via Aramex.

Lazy customer service – Will mess up your order then not reply to your emails when you try and fix it. Horrible customer service, the workers will act nice but in reality they don't care. Don't order from these guys!

Nine working days and still waiting – Very friendly staff, but I feel that not having received my tires after nine working days is poor quality service. I would have bought the tires somewhere else if I knew it was going to take so long. If the tires don't arrive tomorrow Friday, it will be two weekends without riding... you don't want to do that to riders.

Couldn't ask for better warranty and customer service – Great customer service and very honest staff. Had a fair few dramas over a few months with a cheap bike I got from them. After a few returns for warranty they offered me a much more suitable bike at a sale price and discounted the entire purchase price of my original bike. Show details

Poor service – Bought some bicycle items from this store, they used aramex couriers and my items sat in Sydney for weeks, i then contacted cycle station to either refund my money or send the items again with Australia post, i got no replies back from them at all, zero response, will never do any further shopping with them.
