D-Link N300 DIR-632 with 8-Port

Power saver is a nuisance and a let down – I installed this ok and set up wireless to 2 laptops and an iPad. All good until the next morning and there was no internet access available. I unplugged the router, waited the requisite 10 seconds and plugged back in to re-boot, all good again but then several times a day the connection would drop out. There are several ways to set up different connection types so that you can select 'always on' but what seemed like the best connection for me didn't allow that. The helpline gave me details to do a software upgrade which helped and it only dropped connection overnight but still a nuisance to have to re-boot the router. I returned for a Belkin which works perfectly.

Sounds like the reason for the dropout is QoS. It kicks in and cant keep up with processing mutitple wireless devices. It over analysis the data packets and stops forcing the restart. Turn QoS off and it should be ok.
