I can't give any stars. They did not send what I ordered and what they did send doesn't work. I ordered a 4 terabyte external hard drive but got something that looks more like a credit card. I've tried to contact several times and they just keep saying that's what I ordered or they're out of hours A total scam

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! They advertise something different to what you pay for and a receive. The robotic dog is not what you pay for, they will send you something you can buy for $5-$10 from the markets..

If I could leave no stars I would I ordered a robotic toy dog, read all the positive reviews which we’re actually reviewing a totally different item to the one I received Absolute scam , deceiving and trickery DO NOT BUY FROM Luckily with persistence PayPal refunded me in full

They came back after an hour saying it had been posted but I look on the website and it says it hasn’t been posted. order (2 hard drives). I don’t think this was professional and lowkey it is a scam I’m annoyed I fell for. I sent them emails and different people email me each time. The shipping numbers they give don’t actually exist and when I ask to call instead of email they ignore that email.

Daily Buy Store is the absolute worst on line store I have ever dealt with! Their communication is pathetic. they would give me a store credit instead??? What rubbish!! It’s not the cost of what I ordered which was only $38.00, but it wasn’t what I ordered! So here it all started. Communication takes at least two to three weeks every time! Again pathetic!! Eventually I received a partial refund but I’m still $20 out of pocket which again is not the $$ I’m that upset about but the way they pass you from one support person to the next clearly in the hope of getting rid of you and pocketing your money! You can’t use a store credit on their site if they don’t have anything you require besides what you originally ordered so you are stuck, and they have your money. From support staff [Name Removed] to [Name Removed] to [Name Removed] to [Name Removed], none have been able to sort anything out or refund my total money I paid for the original item. Almost a joke if they didn’t owe me a refund. Even the promised refund from [Name Removed] came in $15 short and when I applied it I had to add another $17 of my own again to purchase something I didn’t really want. Unsurprisingly they cancelled my new order without asking me and a month later Im still waiting on their correspondence. I would never suggest anyone who doesn’t want a giant ongoing headache with buying on line ever deals with Daily Buy Store!

This site is a scam. Won't return items even though they say they will. Try and stall and deflect. Avoid!

Warning to Australian consumers - DO NOT BUY. Purchased one of those small space heaters that plug directly into the wall power point. These are the issues: 1) The item arrived in an opened and damaged box, making it clear that it was someone’s returned stock - many times over. type was US, not an Australian compatible plug. This was also printed on the box label. Although it came with an Australian conversion adapter, it makes using the heater very dangerous because space heaters use a high wattage and should be plugged directly into the power point, not using a conversion adapter as it poses a serious fire risk. As a result, the item is deemed unsafe and unusable and not fit for its purpose.

3) I sent them an email attaching photos as evidence and requested a full refund. They replied requesting a 30 second video of my concerns regarding the damaged box packaging and the adapter issues. As if my photos and my explanation to them didn’t suffice. They were trying to make it difficult to obtain a refund which is ongoing.

Update: They refused to provide a refund but gave me a 10% discount code off my next order. No thanks.
