I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and order handling I experienced with this business. From start to finish, the process was inefficient, communication was lacking, and the service was unacceptable. Before placing my order, I reached out early in the morning to confirm if same-day shipping was possible, as I needed the item urgently. I received a prompt response assuring me that if I placed the order immediately, it would be shipped out that same day. Trusting their word, I made the purchase right away and sent follow-up messages and an email to confirm. Unfortunately, after I paid, my messages were completely ignored for the rest of the day.
The next day, I received a call apologising and asking whether I’d still like to proceed with the order or receive a store credit/refund. At that point, it wasn’t even about the shipping time anymore — it was about the lack of accountability. If you make a promise to your customers, you need to keep it. The assurance I was given was meaningless, and the silence after I paid was incredibly frustrating.
This was my first purchase from this store, and sadly, it will also be my last. Very disappointing.
