Building negligence – Got the keys in November 2014. A few weeks later, there was a waterfall from the main bathroom. The builder put in silicone. send 2 messages to Daleth under the new ownership, on their website, followed by 2 emails to ensure the new owners receive the details asking for assistance and that there may be a claim under the home owners warranty scheme. Then to ensure they got it, another brief message - the silence was deafening - utter belligerent ignorance. I would say don't waste your time listening to them as a specialist builder - go build with a mainstream building company, you'll get a lot more for your money and some service to go with it. Do not build under the new Daleth Regime - i will follow this up without them
