Hi Damart….just received my order…Oatmeal cover-up…..looked lovely in magazine..Disappointed with colour…more like a coffee color…much darker than pictured….very loose weave and very stretchy….will be very hard to keep shape….I won’t be returning garment..will give to op shop.. Show details
Follow-up · No..I have not had any problems with Damart previously. I would prefer a much tighter weave or knit. The jacket looked so nice in the initial picture.The knit is so loose..would be difficult to launder successfully.
OMG - my poor elderly parents ordered the Double Force Long Pants and top and paid $180.00 for it and the quality is so bad - Aldi quality would be better. quality but $180.00 what an absolute rip off. Shame on you Damart for selling such poor quality items for such a high cost.
Ordered products in stock delivery 2 business days. Ordered 31/3 still no updates 8/4. Rang told my order is still in the warehouse because they are affiliated with Innovations they are holding up my order? Told it will arrive sooner or later? Will never order from Damart again. Mother in nursing home needing these products. Will have to buy replacements today
SO/SO – Very hit and miss, basically I'd never buy from them unless the stuff is on sale/severely discounted. Even then, know it's made to look far better than it is. Most times when I have ordered, I never even get the free gift at all - and haven't cared since it's usually rubbish, but this is the one time I did want that free item. I wont bother ordering from them or all their multitudes of sister companies and their catalogue landfill.

have been pulled in at the back to look more fitted I was so disappointed and then found there is no return number so with the $12.90 postage and whatever the return postage and insurance I will get back half of the cost Damart are surpass to be a reputable company but will never buy from them again the jacket is so ugly I will have to return it so have lost about $30 not happy at all and their size chart is not correct either so be wary of the image it is not accurate at all the answer to my email said they have passed my complaint on to the aproperate department that's it not hopeful at all has anyone else bought from them an had a problem
Very disappointed – I bought 2 t/shirt style tops size 20 from your last catalog. Tried on & fine, one a little long but could live with that. Washed them in delicates bag on delicate cycle in machine as won’t wear till washed & they came out shrunk & mis-shaped. Blue one I’ll wear round the house as grippy & not flattering, other going to good Sammy’s. Will be very wary what or if I buy through damart again. Quality not good. Show details

Excessive and wasteful.packaging – Love Damart products, but they've lost a long-time, loyal customer today. Very disappointed to see the plastic and paper waste my order came with. 35cm. All this as standard for every order. The wasteful and thoughtless packaging was awful to see from major company in this day and age.
Refusing to give receipt – I phoned to purchase a thermal top and thermal blanket for my mum. I gave my correct name to the sales person, used my card, my mobile, my email. The goods arrived promptly and were as described, but the invoice/receipt was in the incorrect name. Damart are refusing to issue me a receipt in my own name.
