Bad quality and horrible returns, made in China – First, I thought this product were made in the US, however it was ship from China, I never knew that until I got the product. I purchase three items, 2 out 3 did not fit, the shoe buckled, tight from the elastic of the boot cut because of poor craftmanship and they requested pictures of the sole, I provided it within the hour after I received the product and informed them I wanted to return them and their response is this.

"Option 1. You may return the item(s) back to us and we refund 100% of the product value to you. As a company that cares about the environment and keeping costs low, we do not provide return label service. Option 2. We refund 40% of the product value to you and you do not need to return the item(s) to us. Meanwhile, we would also love to offer another 10% discount code for your next purchase from us. Option 3. We offer you a 50% discount code (50% of the item's value) for your next purchase from us and you do not need to return the item(s) to us."

Instead of them taking responsibility, they are asking me to pay for my losses. If they would have made the product correctly I would have never had an issue. How can I buy another product from them again with 3 quarters of it was wrong. The quality was bad.
