Worst Service – Worst service, would not refund payments that were incorrectly deposited to them, even though no longer renting through them. Have been trying to get them to refund months of rental payments for a week now and still ongoing.

Helpful agency – My agent Dona bent over backwards and worked very hard to get me my desired unit in record time. The staff at the office were helpful and professional.  Show reply

Worst agents, please AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! – Where do I even start, we got a commercial lease and Darrell Crouch & Associates have NEVER once supported us. They are slow to respond, drastically understaffed, being making us pay for everything, highly unprofessional & lairs too! Please avoid these agents at all costs. Like Ruby mentioned, they don't care about the tenants at all.

Rude, invasive and unprofessional – Just plain rude and unprofessional. Thank god we did not get the house, we do not want to be dealing with these kind of agents.

beware all contractors you will be refused payment – Did work for this agency. And we were refused payment for work we completed. Beware all contractors. They are rude and un professional. Especially the un educated property managers.

Unprofessional Owner – Rude unprofessional owner. No sense of responsibility. No sense of confidentiality. Never should anyone pick this strata. They are on the verge of closing down. The worst family led team.

Unfortunately my experience isn't solo - others in the building have experienced the same lack of professionalism. The latest issue was with someone who has "only been here 1 week" yet was still rude and unhelpful.

I will most definately be voting to change Strata Management Company when it next arises.

Inexperienced and hard to work with – I have just dealt with Darrell Crouch and Associates and you can tell they were inexperienced. I have dealt with a lot of agents and the level of knowledge they knew about the market and property was low. They were also unaware of a lot of legalities. They were not easy to negotiate with and was arrogant. Inexperience and not easy to work with

Total disappointment – My dealings with Darrell Crouch is best described as amateur. I had heard poor comments from the general public about the reputation of this office. I cannot be fair if I don't speak the truth. It really is very average and lacks professionalism. I didn't feel confident in doing business with this office.

Not an investor-friendly strata agent – I heard numerous complaints about this strata agency before I bought my strata townhouse.
