Ordered 11th November 2014, still has yet to arrive – As stated, ordered 11th November as CHRISTMAS gifts. Website clearly stated "order now for guaranteed pre Christmas delivery" Finally shipped 31st Dec 2024. Yes i was annoyed about that, however i'm much more annoyed at the lack of customer service. Tracking is showing the item has not moved in the UPS network since 2nd Jan 2025. Appears to be lost. I have sent several emails and absolutely zero response from this company. I can't even follow the tracking up with UPS direct. By far one of the worst dishonest companies i have had the displeasure of dealing with and it won't be happening again.
Unreliable and scamming – Ordered a rinnegan Naruto blinker kit, never got shipping information, until I asked through TikTok comments. Didn’t leave the company till a week after asking asking about it. It took 1 month for the product to arrive. So when I finally got it I tested to see if it worked, one blinker did and the other one not at all. I tried to contact them through multiple platforms to either get a replacement or a refund and never heard back from them. $95 for something that is faulty
They have NO support for their customers.

Scammers – Many people including myself have made orders months ago and never received the product, an confirmation email without ASKING them for one, a tracking number or any communication to as why taking over 2-3 months to post. Considering they’re sending from the central Coast you’d think sending an item half an hour away wouldn’t take that long. 2-3 day express is a complete lie. Poor customer service, this brand is just an instagram money scam.
Takes Money - Items Take To Long To Be Sent – I ordered 4 items 2 items across 2 seperate orders all within roughly 30 mins of each other. It has been more than a week since the order was placed and my card was charged. I haven’t had any updates on when it will be sent and website doesn’t say when it will be shipped or when it will be shipped even when the “items” are in stock. Sent an email only to get a reply saying
“1. If you would like an update on shipping and havent received a tracking email then your order hasn't been shipped yet but it will be sent off very soon ~ !”
An automated reply to an email shows me that they either don’t care or would rather hide.
Ordered 9 days ago and card charged no updates and a “robot” replies to inquiry. Add to this the “online live chat” is no help either just the same garbage as the email.
If items show as “In Stock” then items should be shipped straight away not take your money and do nothing.
Getting to the point I’ll be cancelling my order and talking to my bank!
