vehicle suffered a dent and a missing tow hook cover (possibly accidentally opening the automatic tailgate and hitting something)

Usually it’s a $1000 excess for any damage but the repairs were under the $1000 mark so they covered the cost of repairs.

I will recommend them to anyone they were the cheapest and fastest option from east to west.

dropping off my car on time, I assumed it was on the move, but when I checked my AirTag, I saw it was still in Sydney. Upon calling, they casually informed me they couldn't send it due to an internal issue(no transport), again with zero communication from their side. Their complete lack of empathy or accountability was shocking—they simply told me to cancel the booking and take it. Cancelling and failing to load my vehicle without notice disrupted my entire plan, and their attitude was unprofessional and unethical. A business should respect its customers, communicate issues proactively, and honour commitments—Dazmac failed on all fronts, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
