Great work – Cannot thank Allan and Matt enough for the great job of installing my lighting. It wasn`t a straight forward job with my home being 100 years old. I was given good advice and options of how the installation was to occur. In the end an option that was the best, but what I thought was not possible was made possible by Matt. My lighting looks amazing. All care was given, nice efficient and detailed work. Matt cleaned everything up which was awesome. Can highly recommend these guys if your looking for great sparkies.

Customer Service is exceptional! – We got an urgent call from our tenant, who had lost power to ALL power points. I rang several electricians and also family. My brother told me about DB Electrical at Brendale, which is close to our tenant at Lawnton. It was last Thursday when all the rain was causing businesses to send all their staff home. I was lucky enough to get Darren & told him the tale. He was fantastic!! Our tenant is a single mum and is very security conscious, so I asked him to call before going to make a convenient time. He called and also went the next morning to make sure she had some electricity so that her food would stay fresh!! He arrange to get one of his staff to come the next week. Our tenant has just rang to say how professional they were and that the problem is now fixed completely! They text yesterday to make sure she was still available today and then rang to let her know that they were running a bit late today. They install extra Safety Switches and also found where the wire had been "chewed" by something. I would recommend this company to everyone who wants great customer service and good work in good time! The cost for both visits was quite reasonable too!!

Quote ended up to be double – I was quoted for a job and it ended up to be double the price . Very unethical to do this to a customer, the tradesman advised me I should have gotten a written quote,gone are the days when you can trust a quote when someones comes to see the work I would not recommend db electrical at all, very unhappy Took too long and ended up to be double i think because they charge by the hour they are trained to be slow especdailly when there isnt alot of work on the customer ends up paying for slow demand
