But after ordering – Buy their shoes for years on line. the last pair I ordered went to my old address when I know I changed my address on my account and made sure it was to go to my new address. Why am I getting your spam? – I have never purchase anything from this company. But because I bought something from Roxy (ONCE) in 2017, they think they can suddenly start sending me spam. As do Roxy for that matter. I am tired of this corporate entitlement and companies telling me I need to unsubscribe from things I have never subscribed to. Over it.

purchased claimed to be suede, this is the fourth pair of the exact same shoe I have had in three years when the pair of shoes arrived the shoes are not suede the shoes are textile so this was false advertising I contacted DC via the Contact us on the DC website I have had no response to this matter this is poor form on DC, my second issue is I wanted nice jeans for winter this year the website only has black or light blue with the fake rips, if I wanted rips in my jeans I would fall off my bike bam a free rip!!! Instead I wanted indigo coloured jeans with no rips I contacted DC to find out if the indigo jeans would be coming back into stock any time soon, again DC has not responded to me this very poor customer service from DC.

Overall DC has become a joke recently I spent over $600 on the DC website I have not received one response to my questions.
