Hair falling out and snapping! – i have tried numerous shampoos and this is the only one that makes my hair worse! My hair is falling out and it is so dry its snaps. I usually have oily soft hair now I have dry ruly thin hair thanks to this shampoo what a waste of money

Terrible – i would like a refund for this product for giving me wrong info i have the receipt only used three times staff i spoke to said it works asap. was suppose to reduce oily scalp and hair recommended from hairhouse warehouse it would work made my scalp worse
