Items as described and awesome customer service – We order 2 x side stools and the first one came promptly and looks fantastic. The second was on back order which is understandable given the current market and supply shortage. Nik/ Mel and the whole team keep us up to date with any updates and new eta's. We received the second stool which got damaged during transit. After speaking to Nik and explaining the issues he was very helpful and happy to exchange the item for a replacement. The exchange process was quick, easy and we had our new stool in less than 2 weeks. Thank you you all and we'll definitely be shopping at Decorstore again.
