great service plus he also put a gift in the backpack as a thank you I didn't see until he left. Also asked him if he had any more coming and he said that the Australian wholesaler has discontinued selling these and he wasn't sure if another wholesaler would be selling these to the retailers.

** AVOID AT ALL COSTS ** Most [Content Removed] company I've ever come across! Doesn't respond to emails, doesn't answer calls, doesn't fulfill orders, doesn't refund unfulfilled orders! Lies and deceives! Trades as BOTH "Morale Patches Australia" AND "Defence Q Store". Wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them. Lesson learned.

received was not manufactured as described. On closer inspection I found numerous discrepancies with the bag I received and an actual MR backpack. I made multiple attempts to contact Defence Q Store by phone and email, and after not reaching anyone I contacted the manufacturer directly and raised direct concerns about the product I received. Mystery Ranch asked me to provide photos of specific areas of the bag for inspection. They immediately concluded the bag was counterfeit and not a Mystery Ranch product. Almost a week later Defence Q Store replied to my email saying I got what I ordered. When confronted with the declaration from the manufacturer the product was counterfeit Defence Q Store said it wasn't their fault as their wholesaler supplied the bag.

They emailed after 3 weeks asking me to return the product to a residential address. They claim a wholesale rep has inspected stock and did not find any fraud bags. No mention of contacting the manufacturer or verifying they or their wholesaler are an authorised reseller of Mystery Ranch products in spite of my repeated request they contact Mystery Ranch directly. They also claim not to know where the bag I received came from.

Mystery Ranch confirm they are not an authorised reseller, and at the time this review is being written Defence Q Store still show 32 Mystery Ranch products available for sale on their website. If you purchase or have purchased a Mystery Ranch product from Defence Q Store, I strongly suggest you contact Mystery Ranch directly and verify it's authenticity. They are and always have provided exceptional customer service.

BUYER BEWARE - I would not purchase any name brand or branded merchandise from this retailer or the other businesses listed under their ABN. They have offered no customer support, and they appear quite happy to be selling counterfeit products. I have lodged a complaints with crimestoppers and the ACCC as well as disputing the charge with my bank who refunded the purchase.

Our training company has been purchasing your tourniquets for years and we appreciate your support in holding large quantities. These guys always go above and beyond for getting them to us asap. Great Range and fast shipping. After speaking with the person over the phone, he explained that name tags can take a while and normal army gear goes out within two days that is in stock. After reading some of the other reviews on product review, I believe they are lies or just grumpy people as Defence Q Staff were so easy and helpful to deal with in our 4 purchases we have done this year. Show details

After explaining to them the ACCC's rules on consumer rights, they told me to send the item back. I sent the item back to them but they refused to refund me.

I had to put in a chargeback with my bank. They tried to fight the chargeback by lying to the bank. Thankfully, I had proof from Austranalian Post about the return package being received. After 4 months of back and forth I finally got my money back.

These people are dishonest and will do everything in their power to rip you off, including telling you to return an item and then refusing to refund you.

100% scam - do not buy from them! – A scam site. No receipt given for goods ordered. No response to numerous emails and phone calls. Took money for goods I ordered but did not send any goods. Continues to operate - should be taken down.
