Great Workmenship – We recently renovated our Full house with Dell'arte. Great team, very approchable, full product knowledge, no doggy work. They even helped us in choosing tiles, colour selections at NO extra cost. We highly recomend Dellarte. Uploading Pictures of before and after.

Poor workmanship with no responsibility from the company – All was well until I complained, I was unhappy with the result. I was left with a leaking toilet for a week which I was unable to use whilst the workman disappeared. Then he turned up at 5.45 and climbed over the locked gate to get in and got me out of bed. was not correct and the wall and floor needed realignment. This was done but the finishing touches were left as seen in the photos, tiles at the top of the shower area were just broken at the top to meet up with the remaining ones. The paintwork is chipped where the shower screen was removed and replaced and the tiles around the sink are ugly with grouting, no edging. The other paintwork is very poorly finished. The floor edging between the hallway / bathroom is split. Some electrical work was done but a safety certificate was not supplied. I have been advised to contact the original workman who did the work although he made me feel very uncomfortable and that was reported to [name removed]. They are taking no responsibility for the work completed by their contractors and are asking for $1800 extra to repair what I consider to be shoddy work left by their contractors
