I was charged $800 , for small job, which took about 20 minutes , and was left with a large hole in the wall .and said it was not his job to fix it, and he didn,t even clean up the plaster that was all over the floor I will not call them again

refreshing to find trades who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to family and friends.

Called neighbourhood plumbing as a pipe in my backyard was overflowing with sewage. They came out the same day inspected the issue explained what was wrong. They resolved the issue the next day. Job was done very quick and cleaned up better than how they left it. Thanks to Mark and Ramiel from the neighbourhood team for doing such a good job. Would recommend.

I found the communication rude and unprofessional and I lost confidence in the technical solution that was being proposed.

My advice is simple: do not release significant payments until you are satisfied that the agreed work has been completed. Make sure everything is documented in writing and independently verify any proposed solution.

I have lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria due to the unresolved issues.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. They misdiagnosed fault with heating system and charged $10000 to repair when Unitests in Cheltenham came out and did full service and changed the capacitor for $120. multiple business names such as local plumbing and neighbourhood plumbing. They asked me if I live alone it with a partner or husband and it was highly unnerving experience.

Couldnt call our usual guy so I called this company as it was urgent. The guy came in quote $900 for a paper blockage, need to take the toilet out, put the camera in and so on. I paid $75 service fee on spot because it was suspicious enough. I dont want troubles. Then, the job took our regular plumber ( Thank god he answer the phone) 10 mins to fix and $750 cheaper.

Called these guys out from a couple we new who used them before had a blocked drain and they came out quickly and cleared our sewer, highlighted why is blocked in the first place, combination of roots and wipes. Recommended a root cut and a reline. Great service We will call them again if needed.

I could not be happier with Neighbourhood Plumbing I had a major leakage in my kitchen sink that started to cause water damage I called them and told them the problem they had Ramiel sent out to my house to help in under 3 hours.I am very happy with the work and very impressed with Ramiels skills such a nice well spoken young talented man will definitely call them again for any services I need in future

The boys were patient, efficient, and genuinely caring. They assisted my mum with her ducted heater and not only made her feel comfortable, but also took the time to explain everything to her. Even with English being her second language, they showed nothing but patience and kindness. heater at a quoted cost of $10k and a 2nd quote for $2.6k for replacement of gas valve with no guarantee that this would fix it or last. At no stage did he do any diagnostic, didn't check the gas valve, motherboard, burner, igniters, wall panel or anything else. I also advised him that no error messages were displayed by the unit. On these two quotes I referred this to our power company due to power surge. they sent me details of the power to the premises and all were normal readings and no such power surge. Needless to say they denied the claim as I suspected.

I then did my own diagnostic and it was just the wall control panelthat went out of programming due to power fault. I reprogrammed it and heater is working like a charm. I was charged $65 for the call out and that was just a waist of money and time. I could have been a mug and paid either of those quotes for nothing. Be very aware of this company.

This company almost cost me $5685 claiming they needed to dig up my backyard including earthmoving equipment and replace pipes when an actual local plumber fixed the issue for $550 with a shovel. Sadly l paid a $1000 deposit of which they kept and was left with sewage all over my fernery. Definatly do not recommend in fact avoid on principle alone
