It lasted until it was 5 months out of the manufacturers warranty period !!!! – It ran reliably for two & a half years before it broke down on me - on my birthday no less !! Glad I took the extra 3 years warranty option but it could be up to 4 weeks before I get it back. I think I will look at the Saeco range of machines & take this one to work when I get it back. Excellent – User friendly and so easy to use. Cappucino or espresso at the touch of a button. The removeable milk jug slides on and off the mackine easily to store in the fridge. dispenses hot water - although very slowly, this makes flat whites time consuming to make. A wonderful machine that I would not like to be without. One touch coffee. Removeable milk jug. Easy to clean. Doesn't make flat white.

it.One button machine with options for your perfect coffee. Timer and remembers your desired coffee settings.Froths milk perfectly even better than shops at times and kids love it. Had to descale machine twice in 5months due to local water supply however very easy to clean as self programmed for everything. 1st coffee in the morning always the worst until temperature correct however it's easy fixed by turnining on well in advance before entertaining or waking up, timer good for this. Only Noisey when grinding beans otherwise no louder than a normal coffee machine.

Excellent – I dont know why there are any negative comments about this machine. Some may not know how to use it properly I guess. I bought 2, one for home and the office; and we all drink alot of coffee. The staff love it and so do I. Highly recommend this machine. Never had a problem. high quality product. Excellent hot coffee. Plenty of adjustments to suit all tastes. coffee tub a bit small as well as water well.

Excellent – I agree with JohnY123. So many negative reviews of this product that people must not be using it properly. I turn it on, plug in the milk jug, press the button and it gives me a Cappucino. Pretty much what it promises to do. at least once a day (usually twice) to make 2 coffees at a time. I think we've had it for 2 years or so and no dramas at all. Love it! Great coffee at the push of a button. Makes me drink too much coffee ;)

Excellent – We have had this machine for over 18 months and have not had any problems. It makes great coffee. As long as you descale the machine regularly when the machine prompts you to there is no ongoing maintenance as with other brands. last. This machine is fully automatic and I like the fact that everything is done for me, from grinding beans all theway through to heating milk. Overall extremely happy with product. Makes great coffee (use good beans). It looks stylish. Its quick and makes a cup of coffee in under 30 seconds. Easy to clean. Simple to use. You can customise the way you want your cup of coffee without hassle. Simple one touch button. Expensive however you get what you pay for. Can be noisy when grinding beans.

Bad – Took machine back and recieved a full refund as machine didn't meet expectations. Stick to manual frothing machines or heat milk in microwave. can make multiple coffees before having to throw out used coffee. Froth was watery and cold. Had a sunbeam machine previously with manual frothing device which worked much better. Stick with manual frothing machines if you like a good hot coffee.

Terrible – Very stylish machine to have in your kitchen. Problem is I like my cappucinos hot and but this machine makes lukewarm cappucinos/lattes. I realised later that the milk does not get hot. milk does not froth everytime. It decides if you get a cappucino or a latte!

We have come to accept this machine. Paid too much money to have it replaced. Do not recommend it to anyone. stylish too expensive for what you get, milk does not get hot enough = lukewarm cappucino/latte, milk does not froth every time

Good – If you love your coffee and like and easy cappuccino, this is worth getting provided your happy to pay the price $1700-$2000. manually froth the milk, it does it all for you, has built in timer that goes on when we wakeup, right temperature. Milk stops frothing if not cleaned properly, Had it for 3 years and luckily we got a 5 year warranty as it has been taken away for fixing about 6 times, usually to do with the milk not frothing.

Good – for the lazy person it makes great coffee, how ever for the lazy person who is having a lie in its like being on an airport runway because it is so loud. i can only describe it as having a road drill on followed by plane wheels preparing for landing. good coffee set to a strength you like sounds like an aeroplane taking off

Bad – I only rate it as 2 stars as we have had a lot of trouble with it and when we approached the retailer they weren't interested in giving us a refund (Clive Anthonys). coffee machine for 18 months and had it replaced once and the replacement has been in to be fixed. The machine we have has trouble heating up the milk to a desired hot temperature. We have to now microwave our coffe after it has been brewed.
