Don't buy this and stay away from Delonghi! Had this for 3.5 months and it started having issues, which was only one spout would work properly. We spoke with Delonghi which at first were great, but on my last call with them they are trying to tell me the problem is normal and to stick a toothpick in it to fix it. We have tried everything to clean the spout (toothpicks, micro pipe cleaners, x3 bottles of descaler) and nothing has fixed the issue. The flow from one side is now just dripping, but apparently this is normal. They have now said if we send it back they will charge us if nothing is found. My advice is don't buy this product, it's not worth the huge amount of money for such a bad design. Other models you can completely remove the spouts and check them fully, not on this stupid model. This was our first Delonghi product and most definitely the last!!!!! **Video is of Cleaning

Totally love this machine. We had a more manual version from breville but it was a lemon. Made the switch and it’s a nice great coffee every time. Easy to clean.

A good coffee machine – This machine makes great consistent coffee. I like that I can tailor my coffee strength and save it to my profile. The coffee bean grind is perfect, ensuring a nice strong cappucino. The hot and cold drink options are handy, with clear on-screen instructions on the touch screen. It has both hot and cold milk containers, so it's easy to swap between a hot flat white coffee or a cold iced coffee drink. I haven't found the app useful, because if I wanted to brew a coffee in bed to be ready when I get up, I would have to leave my coffee cup in position overnight. I would also have to leave the milk container attached to the machine overnight. This presents two issues - my cup would have the spout rinse water in it, and my milk would most likely be off as it would be out of the fridge overnight. I like the option to save the favourite profies of up to four people.
