Breaks down like all nespresso machines – I’ve had 5 nespresso machines and the only one that lasted was the base model. I’ve had 2 gran meastrias and both gave about 18 months service before either leaking or knobs falling off. Not good enough for what you are paying. Show details

Excellent machine lovely coffee just as expected! – I have had 2 other Nespresso machines, but this is the best by far, very easy to alter the quantity of coffee and strength , easy to clean you will love it. so easy to use, and looks gorgeous on the bench, never had a problem with it, milk warmer is much better then the last two I purchase, and it all sits together, nice and tidy.  Show details

The most unfortunate purchase of coffee machines I encountered in my life – The first burst the second started leaking after one year or so...and turns on and off by itself...so no more coffee for me in the morning, I had delonghi nearly 30 years old machine which is still working perfectly.... am crying the money I paid for this one, supposed to be swiss made. Unfortunately due to my weak health I could not check date… Read more

of purchase to take it pre one year to repairs...now I don't know what to do with such a burden ....thanks....hope Delonghi will help resolving this problem.

Makes great tasting coffee – I bought this a few months ago as it was available at Myer online for a fantastic price and had been looking for a coffee machine for a while. I love the study base. I had been using it for a few weeks when the coffee wasn't coming through the spout. It was coming out the back into the coffee capsule dispenser. I called the Nespresso hotline and… Read more

was attended to by a lovely guy who organised a pick up and repair. I was a advised it would take 10 days for the machine to be returned to me. I took only 5 days. My machine is back in working order and makes nice, hot coffee, that doesn't taste burnt. I love that you can control the amount of coffee desired from a short back to a longo. I also like the it come with a milk frother and a cup warmer. I am pleased with this purchase and the service I received from nespresso.

Shame it didn't last – I purchased this machine in Sept 2013 and it was great but then had to return it soon after when it stopped working and although it was under warranty it was still a hassle to get it over east to be repaired. I know it probably sounds stupid but I have only ever filled the water with bottled water to avoid the harsh tap water but even by doing… Read more

this I have noticed the paint coating at the rear around the water holder is bubbling and has what looks like rust in it. Now the final straw is this morning the milk heater has packed it in! Certainly not want I had in mind when spending the money that I did especially now it looks as though it will cost more for repair than getting a new one....don't think it will be nespresso brand though.

Among the best! – Bought from Harvey Norman in 2011 because it has both short black and Lungo (long) selection. So far, descaled twice and each time required two sachets of descaling agents. Overall it is easy to clean as it's stainless steel. Please be aware of frother problem. Earlier, frother did not work properly i.e not much froth but Delonghi sent new one out… Read more

and no problems so far. If you love your coffee, this is the machine you should consider. Looks good also. looks, short and long coffee selection, selection of frother (cold, warm&hot), easy to clean, stainless steel finish, well made. A bit pricey.

Best Coffee and Best Machine to Make it! – The DéLonghi Nespresso EN470SAE Gran Maestria is an expensive coffee machine (at first) but quickly more than pays for itself, delivering hot, delicious and exceptionally easy to make coffee. No mess and very easy to clean. Looks brilliant too. No more expensive trips to the cafe and being disappointed by less than delicious, expensive cups of… Read more

coffee. The coffee capsules from Nespresso club offer many choices from extra strong through to various flavours and even great tasting decaf. Looks attractive and is totally reliable.

Great Coffee Machine! – Easy setup and though the instruction book was thick with different languages, the recipe still requires abit more clarity. The descaling instruction should be more detailed, as different people would read it differently from others. However, I am so happy with the coffee machine and the aeroccino milk froth. No complaints on this product. Hopefully, Nespresso comes with hot chocolate capsules. Totally reliable.

For the price there are better alternatives – I received the machine as a gift so I should complain too much however there were some serious misgivings with it. Firstly we had to do an exchange as the first machine was not functioning properly. All the water was leaking from the bottom. The second machine was working correctly but as a previous owner of a Citiz I feel the quality is inferior… Read more

to it. The metallic finish is nice and the retro look and feel is great. Now the cons. The cup warmer is a bit of a joke and doesn't do a good job. The milk frother is inferior the the stand alone frother. I doesn't raise and air the milk at the same level. The coffee itself is wonderful, but the machine shakes substantially more, and produces a lot more vibrations. The capsules don't always go down into their bin or into their respective slot for making coffees, always have to double check and I've made 4 coffees in the last week where it just came out as water because I wasn't paying attention to check that the capsule has entered the correct slot. Now I've seen the new Citiz and they seem to be using a plastic body instead of metal like the old ones and I was fortunate enough to have owned a metal one. Saying this I found the Citiz to be a superior machine for it's price. Lets be honest, you will never warm the cup and you don't really care about the cup size dials as a standard short or long will do the job. Great coffee, nice look Inferior milk frother, capsules sometimes get stuck, vibrates (more than expected), overpriced
