Beware of leakage… – I’ve bought this machine on three separate occasions over the past three years or so, because after a few months (with each machine) they start to leak from the base. Just be aware of this. The coffee’s fine but once the leak sets in you’ll know about it. The pressure becomes weaker then too. I keep thinking the next one will be the one that doesn’t leak, but so far that hasn’t been the case. I’m going to try a Citiz just for something different. Show details

Bliss in a cup – This machine beats barista coffee every time! Powerful mini coffee machine – Got this for my birthday , it was a replacement for my previously owned Delonghi Icona pump coffee machine. I wanted this coffee machine because i want ease of making coffee in the morning. Therefore i opted for pods coffee machine. Reliable, easy to use, decent coffee and quick! – This machine does the trick. We've had ours for about 7 months and its' a good companion for on-the-go professionals needing a quick pick-me-up in the morning. Absolute rubbish - avoid DeLonghi and Nespresso products – Machine was not great from day one, very weak and small coffee. But then it stopped working and the customer service is terrible. Not able to return to the store I purchased it from, had to spend an hour on the phone to someone trying to troubleshoot it only to then get me the customer to box it up and post it back to them. than online to prevent issues like this. Much easier just to walk in and get a replacement or refund. If only bunnings did coffee machines, they know customer service. DeLonghi Nespresso couldn't care less, so I will never use their products again.
Disappointing – I have had this machine 18 months and no longer use it as the coffee is only lukewarm and has to be finished in the microwave to get it to an acceptable level. I don't require extremely hot coffee but the tepid temperature is very disappointing. It had been cleaned and descaled frequently to no avail. I would not recommend. Show details

trying it. And certainly wouldn't imagine I would have been expected and/or able to try it with COVID so rampant.
I then called Nespresso who said only if it's faulty will they change it for the same machine. I offered to upgrade, pay more etc but the lady just repeated herself verbadim 3 times before the conversation seemed truly pointless.
Leave it – There is no problem with the machine. Go down to your local supermarket and there are dozens of coffee pod manufacturers. An array of coffees and strengths. But guess what, none of them fit into this machine. Try finding mini coffee pods. Good luck. My fault for not doing my research but just giving others the heads up. prefer cappuccino style coffee opposed to black, however not a necessity if you wanted to heat milk up in the microwave. Would highly recommend.

Ordering is a breeze and super fast. We live in a regional area and the last delivery was ordered on a Sunday and delivered the Tuesday afternoon - totally blown away.
The only con, is that the milk frother is very slow.
Nice small machine that effortlessly makes a nice cup of coffee – Bought it on sale from the Goodguys for $114. Likes: small footprint, heats up and ready to go fast, easy to refill the water tank and to empty the used pod hopper. I use all aluminium Nespresso pods so everything gets recycled. Not too much packaging to dispose of.
Dislikes: quite noisy, I was surprised how much noise came out of such a tiny machine, small water tank, small used pod hopper. The height of the coffee outlet is way to low for normal cups, even when I remove the drip catcher I still can’t get a cup under it, I plan to build a small plinth for it to stand on about 25mm high.
Luv luv luv it – This machine makes one mean coffee. We use a variety of pods compatible for Nespresso which allows a real variety. We use it at home and great size for our caravan. Show details

coffee which is great for those busy mornings when you need to get out the door. Once I'm done with the pods I will scoop out the coffee grounds to compost/repurpose and recycle the aluminium. You can collect the used pods and return them to a Nespresso store for recycling.

Nespresso. There are also Nespresso compatible pods in the supermarket that are a little cheaper, but I don't know what they're like.
Overall, very happy with my purchase of this little machine (even more so because I got it on sale at JB Hifi).
Great machine to take on trips – Being fed up with the powder coffees in hotels we now always have this tiny great coffee maker with us. It is a great and reliable machine. It makes phantastic coffee, especially with the (overpriced) Nespresso capsules. But they taste the best, admittedly. Just make sure please you recycle the capsules. We dropped the water container and it had a big teat. On eBay you can order a new container for 59$, but if you are member of the Nespresso club (free) you have advantages. They sent us a new water container without any cost to us. Wel done Nespresso !
