told me to send the machine in for repair but after a couple of weeks they returned the machine saying they can’t find anything wrong with it. Months later, still crazy flashing lights, resetting and not turning on. Lots of consistent feedback about this machine online so I’m unsure why they would still have this product on their range. In the bin it goes. Very disappointing, especially because Nespresso put this in their too hard basket.

The actual coffee produced was also inferior to that produced by its much cheaper and simpler machine that we are replacing (which was also much easier to clean). This machine has a lot of parts and is very noisy. Suggest sticking to the basic models for Nespresso. Quality of the coffee and equipment is not reflected by the price in this instance.

No water output, no solution – Purchased in December after previous Citiz machine died, and it's been a headache since. per cup when using the same programmed button. It also overheated quickly and would stop working for some time when half way through making a second drink. Now this morning the water output stopped completely a quarter of the way through making a coffee. Hours of troubleshooting to resolve the issue, and the machine is now stuck in descaling mode with no water output. Contacted Nespresso directly who quickly stated that the machine is beyond troubleshooting and requires to be sent in. They also stated that they would arrange a return label "in a day or 2" and when asked about a replacement as the machine is only 119 old, I was told that it's not their issue as it was purchased at The Good Guys. I instead boxed it and brought it back to The Good Guys to be told that as it's not within 90 days then they can only send it off. While one person mentioned providing a loan unit, the manager shut that down saying they don't provide loan units for this level product, and that it could take up to 30 days to provide an answer. Terrible experience with Nespresso and this machine, and now left without anything to use for an unknown period of time while trying to maintain a balance between shift work and young children.

Good machine, alot of work to use and clean – We purchased this machine after I nagged my husband. I had seen it online on instagram and thought it looked great. Setting it up was easy. the kids up which is wonderful. I can sit in peace and drink my coffee. The cleaning aspect of the machine is annoying. You have to take it apart to clean after each use. I now do it at night unless it looks dirty. Overall it's a great machine, but I do feel for the price, we could have paid extra. The coffee pods I use are starbucks ones made by Nespresso. I like the vanilla and caramel. My husband likes the Colombia and we get them from Coles. The machine produces hot coffee ☕️

Totally dissatisfied – My old Nespresso finally bit the dust , so i went to Harvey Normans to get a new one, upgraded to the above model. Took it home made first coffee and found it wasn't as good as the old one , (same coffee pods) . I went back after a couple of days to Harvey Normans to upgrade to better model and was told there was nothing they could do about it ring Nespresso.

Just spoke to customer help only to be told sorry if your not happy with our product we cant help you!!!!

An expensive disappointment – I have had the Gran Latissima for nearly 2 years and I would not recommend this machine to anyone. descale & clean the milk frothier when required. We love our coffee and it’s so disappointing that this happens to us everyday. Stay away for this model!

I bought this as an upgrade to the standard Lattissima – I have used this machine a lot . My opinion is that ordinary Lattissima is better and the extra $$$ I paid for this whistle and bells unit was not an wise investment on my part. Waste of money – Bought this machine as a replacement following a house fire, thought I’d treat my self, ha what a waste!, within about 4-6 weeks the milk stopped frothing, had Nespresso send out a replacement, same thing happened a few weeks later, despite cleaning all parts after every use. just did an online chat with Nespresso (because really after spending $700 it should work) and wow being asked ‘if its turned on?’ is insulting, then I was asked if I used good quality milk, umm hello what should I use? Dairy Farmers or Woolworths brand-Nespresso please advise what a good quality milk is. So after being insulted I decided to call, Ive been advised to descale it, this machine has been used for about 6 weeks, so be aware you may need to descale every 6-8 weeks and the descaled is $16. A few niggles but overall good – Coffee not hot enough, 15 second blast in the microwave after making dies the trick Milk container too east to accidentally jettison onto the floor due to the release button being positioned right where you naturally want to hold it Steamer requires constant cleaning after every use to prevent build up of dried milk which stops one or the other… Read more ·  1

Disappointing – Bought this model approximately 6 weeks ago, one of the more expensive model available. Great idea, simple to operate and produced good coffees for several weeks, even though coffees were never hot enough. However now, milk won't froth properly, it needs cleaning often, and we have already descaled it, but the coffee remains very disappointing (not hot enough and no froth on cappuccino setting).
