DeLonghi La Specialista Touch EC9455M

Purchased this machine at the end of June 2025 to replace a different brand machine that had what appeared to be a generic problem that was ignored by the manufacturer. Setting the machine up was a breeze. The tamper is designed to communicate with the user and then the machine to ensure the correct coffee dose is delivered. Quick and accurate. The auto milk frothing can be adjusted for both temperature and froth level. It cleans the milk probe when complete. Quality beans ensure good doses with very nice crema. Auto milk frothing is at an acceptable standard but manual gives a better result. The machine that this one replaced gives a better result in milk frothing but that machine's draw backs far outweigh that single advantage. The machine gives a consistent output of very high-quality coffee (the beans you use are as important as the machine). Very easy to set up - very easy! Would like to be able to disassemble the grinder for a better standard of maintenance but the coffee we drink every morning is good!!
