Excellent coffee machine – We recently upgraded from a Nespresso to this machine. After doing a lot of research on manual v automatic machines, we decided on this one as it sits perfectly in the middle. Neither of us want the fuss of grinding beans etc so this machine is perfect for us and we did not want the one with the milk jug included as we have different milks in our coffee. The one issue and it is a minor first world problem is that the milk jug is quite small for when we have some friends or family visiting but we overcame that problem and bought a Breville Milk Cafe so make multiple coffees without the need to do the milk one at a time. This machine was also a good price as we still buy coffees a few times a week - all in all a good purchase

Don't buy this – Machine itself was easy to use however when it came to descaling ours seemed to want to clean every 10 days spoke endlessly to Delonghi many times through email and phone. They claimed it was water hardness issue reset according to them and still another clean a few days later. Not to mention too much stuffing around with the cleaning process.
