Disappointed is an understatement – Bought this with my Mothers Day money, $800, not satisfied @ all & complete waste of $800, the instructions are useless and only managed to set it up thanks to Gabriel on You Tube Gabe's life stuff. The coffee tastes fine but milk carafe stopped frothing the milk after 2 weeks so took apart and cleaned it as the light would not go off for rinsing carafe even though the water was running clear, also red triangle light and now hot water flashing and nothing I do will remove it so not able to make any coffee at all, It rinses itself when switching off and again when you switch it on ? I wanted to leave a review on this where I bought it, JBHIFI but DeLonghi removed my review as didn't meet their standards, eg I said it was not worth $800 and was wasting water and extremely loud & non existent instructions which do not cover everything. Do yourself a favour and but a different brand as DeLonghi not helpful at all and i am returning to store for my money back and will buy a Breville
